World's Hardest Workout

Today, In this blog we will talk about world's hardest workout.
We know that in this world, there are so many workout warriors who invented some special workouts and these workouts are very hard to do.

Now, We will see top 10 World's hardest which is of God level and only warriors can do this. 

1. Muscle up


Muscle up is a Calisthenics exercise. The muscle-up, also known as the bar muscle-up or the strict muscle-up, is a calisthenics exercise that uses your bodyweight to activate muscle groups throughout your body. Perform muscle-ups by grabbing hold of a pull-up bar. Use a false grip with your thumbs above the bar. Keep your body in a hollow hold position with your lats engaged, legs straight, and toes pointed. While maintaining a strong core, lift your body with a movement pattern similar to a pull-up. Once your chest is higher than the bar, lean forward and push into the bar to lift your body up with a dip movement.

2. 90- Degree Push-up



It is a calisthenics and total body exercise. In this exercise your head will be vertically downwards and your leg will be vertically upwards making 90 degree. This exercise mainly targets your chest. 90 degree push-up is for those warriors who have God level of physical fitness. 

3.Planche Push-up



This is an advance level of push-up variation. Not only does this push-up require tremendous chest strength, but it also requires that you have strong wrists, hands, core muscle, forearms and shoulders. Planche push-up is also for those who have God level of physical fitness. 

4. Front Lever Pull-up



It is a calisthenics exercise. Front lever Pull-up require a high degree of back and core strength. It is performed by lowering from an inverted hang until the body is completely horizontal and straight with the front of the body facing upwards. Front lever pull-up for those who have God level of physical fitness. 

5.Ring Iron Cross


Ring iron cross is a Gymnastics exercise and is usually performed by gymnast. In this exercise the body is suspended upright while the arms are extended laterally, forming the shape of  Christian Cross. This exercise is for the gymnast who have God level of physical fitness.

6. One leg squats


 One leg squats, sometimes referred to as pistol squats, are a great exercise that will increase the resiliency in your legs. In addition, they can help build mobility, as well as improve your balance and stability. One leg squats targets your glutes, hips and quad muscles. Though the exercise is hard to pull off. 


7. Human Flag


It is a calisthenics exercise. Human flag requires the performer to have extensive upper body strength. The human flag or bar hold is a feat of strength where the body is parallel to the ground supported by a vertical bar. A straight line is formed using the arms and body.
